Get up and move every thirty minutes.
Have you heard that sitting is the new smoking? This means that sitting for too long is very bad for our health.
Sitting for more than 1 hour has been shown to induce biochemical changes in fat metabolism and glucose metabolism that leads to the deposit in fat tissue instead of being metabolized by muscles.
So as often as you can, take standing, or better yet, walking breaks.
