First time tattoo

Hey ladies! This Saturday I’ll be getting my first tattoo. I’m superrr excited. But I was wondering if yall could give a girl some advice on what to look forward to, what does it feel like and pre/post care. I’m talking myself up to look past the pain, which I’m not too horribly worried about. I’m getting in on my outer lower leg above my ankle. 🤣 I get Brazilian waxes once a month so can’t be much worse than that??

I got this tattoo 6 days ago and when I looked today there is a rash around it. It doesn’t itch though.It’s not my first tattoo but I got it from a different studio so maybe something to do with the ink they used? What do ye think?

Hi! I got my belly done and I'm nervy that it's not healing properly. No real pain just little itchys like it is healing but idk it looks funny. But just want someone to reassure me or let me know if something looks off. Did go to the shop to have them look but the lady was rude so I kinda just walked out. It hasn't been too long since I got it but I wash it with saline and dial gold soap. Any recommendations would be appreciated as I'm new to this lol

I have a tattoo on the side of my ribs from just under my boob to just below the bottom of my ribs. Im thinking about having kids one day and was wondering how that might affect it.

Can nipple piercings cause breast lumps?

Hi everyone!So I got my nipples pierced around a month ago. So far the healing process has been great, no infections or pain. However, a few days after the piercing, I found a small, hard lump in the breast tissue below my left nipple. It doesn’t hurt at all, is about the size of a blueberry, and can slightly be moved. I read that piercings can cause abscesses, but it’s not painful and is further beneath the skin so I don’t think that’s what this is. I’m looking into making an appointment for a mammogram, but am curious if this is something caused by the piercing or completely coincidental?

Piercing - help!

2 days ago I got my earlobes pierced (for the first time ever). When I got home and looked in the mirror I started crying - they’re uneven.One is perfect but one is so much higher up than the other one & others might not notice it - but I do and I don’t like it. So I’m thinking about going to another piercing place today and see if they can either:1. take the uneven piercing out so I can let it heal (and then go pierce It again but in the right spot) or 2. (Which I hope works?)They take the uneven one out and pierce it right away so that I don’t have to walk around w one piercing.So my question is:Do you think they’ll do the 2nd option?(Remove the piercing that is uneven / higher up& pierce it in the right spot)Idk if they will since the uneven one hasn’t healed yet (since I got them 2 days ago)

Patchy tattoo?

Got my first tattoo a little over a week ago. It peeled already etc. after the peeling, I noticed patchy work. Idk if it’s normal and I need touch ups cause there’s a couple places that look faded and patchy. She also went outside the leaf with ink😭 might just get a thicker line to cover it. Is it normal for it to be patchy after it’s done peeling? Or is it just from healing cause it’s not healed all the way yet

Nipple piercings while breastfeeding/pregnant

Hi all,I was wondering if anyone has chosen to keep their nipples pierced while breastfeeding. Did you think it was worth it? From what I’ve read it requires a lot of time/effort. I love my piercings and would prefer to not get them repierced as I had a lot of issues with healing when I got them done 10 years ago.

Nose piercing

I got my nostril pierced in December, and I’m honestly kinda tired of it. I don’t mind it THAT much, but I’ve been thinking I preferred my pictures before I had this piercing, so I think I want to take it out. I’m just scared there’s gonna be a big permanent hole. I’ve tried googling it, and some sources say the hole will close and some say it never will…If I were to take it out now, what’s the likelihood of the hole being either closed or barely noticeable in the next few months? (Asking about that timeframe specifically because I have some trips planned and need to decide if I’d rather have the piercing in all my pictures or an empty hole lol)

Help! Nipple piercing placement

I had my nipples pierced earlier today and after getting home and actually looking at them, they are closer to the base/areola than they are to the actual nipple. Does this look right? If it doesn’t, what should I do? Do I take them out and have them redone? I would love some feedback from a professional. Thanks!

Hi so I got my nipple pierced back in May and I’ve been having some problems with the right one first the bar was way to short and I had them switch it to a longer one and made sure they were titanium it looked way worse then this prior I still get crusties which ik is normal however today it’s just been really painful I’m also just getting off my period but I just want to be sure! Is it weird/inappropriate to put a remembrance tattoo on my thigh? I want it somewhere slightly hidden. I'm thinking about the top of my thigh, in the front.

Plus Size Wanting Chest Piercing Advice!!!

Has anyone else who is possibly plus size or just even a bit on the heavier side gotten their nipples pierced? I’m about 200 lbs and 5’3. I would love to have the confidence to show for but I’m worried with how my breasts don’t have a ton of support it might not workout for me the way I wish it would. I have rather small nips than one would expect especially for the size of my chest being a 42G. Any advice I’ll take and help decide even for those not plus size feel free to comment because the healing process is important in general to know about. Thank you! ☺️
