Gotta workout, you'll feel better

The thought kept nagging me.

This weather really gets to me.

I'm cold, I've got seasonal depression from all this snow and so I just wanna snuggle into bed all day.

Well I may sound like a broken music player on repeat but...

UNLIKE IN MY PAST!🤣😅😂👏👏

I BE PUSHING FORWARD!😍💪

Cardio is my weakness so I've decided ima try to do a lil cardio every day until I can increase my stamina and endurance.

And I honestly wouldn't have worked up the motivation without the support and love of our lil tribe of a community!!

Also the workout variety helps when I feel different day by day🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤣😅

My advice? You sick and tired of that feeling? You know what feeling I mean.

The one where you wanna change, you wanna feel different but you're not sure how and it may even frustrate you thinking about starting?

That's the one love.

Just dive in !
