Homeowners - property question
This fence is between our house and our neighbor. The other 2 sides of our fencing are facing into our yard and are in good repair but this one, well it's horrible. I feel that this is our neighbors fence and they should either fix or get rid of it so we can put our own up. What are your thoughts and experiences on how to figure out these things?
