UK food recommendations vs. US recommendations
So yesterday for lunch I ordered fish and chips and didn't think anything of it until it was nearly gone. It was delicious! Then I realized that I hadn't bothered to check on what type of fish it was, oops. Turned out to be cod, which is ok in moderation and in normal portion sizes.
But I was wondering, are you ladies from the UK advised to limit things like that or is this just a US kind of thing?
