How long after your baby shower did you wait to buy the things no one bought you?

I think it was 2-3 weeks. I waited for my completion discount, and I also had late gifts come in from people who couldn't make the shower.

Whenever you have the money to do so. My husband keeps asking me why are we having a baby shower if you keep buying things. I keep telling him people don't always buy from the registry.

I just bought what we need before the baby after my shower. I'd get like a couple things a paycheck. I'm having another shower in May after the baby is here. (Hopefully in the next couple days! I'm due Monday.) We don't know the gender of our baby so I figure a lot of the things we get for that shower will be gender specific. So I may change our registry up a little bit. But the things I really needed, I went ahead and got. We are definitely done shopping for now!

To be honest I'm not waiting on a baby shower and plus it's always good to have extra of things. It's saves you money if u start buying things now then everything at once, so baby shower or not I'm already buying little things and if I get extra, more for the baby 😊
