Am I pregnant?

6 days late, sore breast, exhausted, bfn on Tuesday, weird sharp pains in my pelvic area every now and then, cervix is so high up there I can't feel it..... anyone else in the same boat or know what's going on? Also been ttc for almost a year. :( Don't want to get my hopes up but any and all advice is appreciated!
