Hair growth tips!!

Okay, so I cut my hair about five years ago up to the back of my neck and kept it that way for almost two years before deciding to grow it back out. One of my main reasons for cutting my hair to begin with was that it wouldn't grow past my boobs and I really wanted it longer because that's a kinda awkward length. It's doing it again now and I'm so ready for it to be longer but it just isn't growing!! (Also, I'm not bleaching/dying/hardly blow drying) Do any of you have any good tips??
