Is my ovulation/period back on track?

Hey guys, i've been taking prenatals and other fertility supplements for a month and two now because ive stop taking depo a few months ago. normally my period would always come a day later than expected but this time around it came a day early... does that mean my body and ovulation back on track? me and my fiancè have been trying to concieve for five months now and im wondering the next time i ovulate, would i get a positive test result when its time...? somebody help.
