Bicornuate(heart shaped) uterus

I found out I had a bicornuate uterus a year ago and they didn't tell me how severe it was. Also didn't go to any doctor yet to see what the future will be or if I need surgery. Anyone out their have any ideas, or what the future might look like for me, I know the chances could not be good for when I someday try to have kids, but also read stories where no complications.  Just wondering! Thank you!
