What Pregnancy vitamins do you take?

Hello Everyone I'm TTC and was just wondering what vitamins you all take for pre pregnancy?

I take pregnacare it has the DHA in it already and has twice as much folic acid as any of the over-the-counter prenatals you do have to get a prescription for it though. My fertility specialist highly recommended it and said the prescription ones are much better than the over-the-counter not only do they have more folic acid but the quality is better as well I just asked for it when I went in to see the doctor before I started trying for a baby at my preconception visit not to mention with my insurance not only are they better but they're a lot cheaper then say a prenatal gummy or something that you would just pick up at Walmart

I just take the prenatel gummies at Walmart. I think the brand is Spring Valley or something similar to that

Right now I just take. Multivitamin. I used to take multivitamins and prenatal.
