When to test

I have a frer in the mail coming today but my period isn't due for 3 days.  The pack contains 2 tests so should I test today and then one on the day of period if I miss it? Like would it detect pregnancy 3 days before period? What are your experiences ladies

Yes I would with a frer I got my first positive on a frer at 11dpo 3 days before af was due than they got stronger as the days went on good luck xxx
