Any tips? Terrible twos Already

My 22 month old has all of a sudden turned into a little monster, alls I get off him is 'NO' or just plane ignorance, we've tried the naughty corner, he laughs, we've tried ignoring him, he laughs and throws a bigger tantrum... We have A 9 day old baby too and I understand it's a lot of adjusting for him as well, but we really need some advice of someone who's been through it ?! 
What we've tried :
• coming down to eye level and talking calmly
• naughty chair
• naughty corner
• ignoring the tantrums 
•raising our voice 
• telling him he doesn't get a reward when he's naughty

The first thing to do is to try and pay attention to see what triggers his bad behavior, there won't always be one but if there is it makes it a lot easier. At 2 they still can't quite always communicate what they want or need and get frustrated resulting in them acting out or getting upset.

With a new baby it's entirely possible he's just jealous of your attention and is acting out to get it. Or he may just need more stimulation, he'll act out or start pushing boundaries of he's bored.

When our son throws an all out tantrum we put him in his room for some calm down time. We just use the video baby monitor to keep an eye on him and let him stay in there for a set amount of time. Usually he'll just play with his toys and ends up forgetting whatever it is he was mad about.
