Does anyone else have this problem with their partner?

My partner and I have beeen together for almost 9 months and last night we were at mine he was turned on but after I gave him head we were about to do the dirty and he looked at me and said (I quote) "I am not in the mood anymore hop off." And mind you I was really really turned on and so I hopped off cause I didn't want to in a way push him and I got a bit cranky/upset (is it okay for me to be). He was the one who started it...
