Spotting and 4 weeks 6 days pregnant?? HELP!!!!!

Hello. I'm 4 weeks 6 days pregnant and when I went to the bathroom 20 minutes ago when I wiped I saw some very very light pink discharge. I kind of rolled up the tissue and inserted a little bit in there and pulled it out and there is definitely really light pink blood coming out very small amount :( I am freaking out!!! Am I miscarrying??? I want this baby so bad. I'm already preparing for the worst :( I've been reading so many miscarriage stories on here. This is my first pregnancy :(

With my first miscarriage I bled intense red and was very painful. With pregnancy now I spotted a few times super light pink. Went to dr. To find out I had to take it easy on sex. Sometimes it's also your body prepping for the pregnancy. But diff. See dr. If you're scared to ease your  mind. Best of luck.

Definitely go to dr.  I had a miscarriage in October and mine started light then eventually started bleeding red.  It may not be anything but its always best to get checked out.

Go to the doctor to be safe.  My miscarriage a year ago started out as super light pink spitting and it didn't get heavier till they did and ultrasound. But I had already passed the baby when I had diarreah before I went.

I would call your doctor or go to the er. I had brown spotting early on and they told me if it ever turned pinkish or redish to go to the er.
