Painful gas

Hi everyone hope u r all going well.

I got a new moan lol.

I have had painful gas all today and a little bit constipated thw last couple of days. I hvnt changed what iv eaten and drink water and all. In my 9th week of prgncy. Also, im feelig the gas more because my uterus is expanding a little and it seems to hurt around there too. Feels really trapped air feeling.

Anyone else feeling or felt this and got any miracle tips? (Doesnt have to b a miracle)
