Help!! Breastfeeding laying down!!!

So every night my baby wakes up at 2am again at 6am. I see so many mommies talking about how they love to breastfeed laying down. Well I have been feeding her sitting down. When I feed her with bottle I have to make sure she burps because then she will spit up. I also do that when I feed her from my breast. How do you all do it laying down without burping them after??? What's the secret??? I would love to just roll over and feed my little one but I don't want her to spit up if I don't burp her. Also, every time she wakes up I also need to change her. Help!!
