Could i be pregnant??

Hi i posted on here other day about my miscarriage it's 7 weeks ago tomorrow still not got a period but i have had tender breast and tingling nappies for last few days and had milky white discharge on Saturday could i be pregnant again last test i did was Friday but it was a bfn and i have had symptoms since i did last test scared to retest as it's heartbreaking when it's a bfn. Anyone been like this and got good news??
