Red raspberry leaf tea and cramps? ?

Can red raspberry lead tea make you cramp really bad.  My husband and I did alot of walking yesterday and then when I can home to relax and I drank a cup of the tea and started having horrible cramps??? Was it the walking or the tea.. and that was the first cup I've ever had

Yes, RRL tea cause my BH to increase.  It's why I didn't start drinking it until 37 weeks.  It "tones" the uterus, hence why it's used as labor prep.

If you are closer to your due date then walking can cause braxton hicks contractions. Your baby is moving down which is causing the cramps. It's been happening to me when I do some walking and my stomach feels tight.

I think it was the walking. Ive been drinking the tea and haven't felt anything but walking sure does bring on cramps for me.

Could be a combo of both the walking and tea, if you are full term it could be your uterus softening and getting ready for baby. It's a good sign 😊
