Rh Negative Pregnancy?

Question

My blood type is O negative and my husbands is O Positive and when I went in on my 29 week appointment yesterday to get my scheduled RhoGAM shot the doctor told me that my blood work came back showing I have Anti-D antibodies, can anybody help me to understand what that would mean for the rest for this pregnancy? 
If any possible complications? 
Will those antibodies affect future pregnancies?

You might be put on high risk and be watched closely. If you already have an anti body it means your body already had connection with the baby's blood creating an antibody for the blood. Since you are negative is treats positive as an invader. But it sounds worse. My friends sister was negative and went into earl labor so she didn't get all her shots. She was able to get pregnant again. She is high risk and watched closely for preterm labor.  I'm not sure if the shots will help any at this point or not I honestly don't know about that. But just keep an eye on baby. Make sure kicks are just as much and if you ever worry go right in . It's their job to make sure baby is okay ♡

I have a Jka antibody which I am not sure if it is similar or not, but I was told it's similar to an rh factor, meaning I have to get my blood drawn every appt to make sure levels are good and the antibody isn't trying to fight off the baby (foreign object). Never had an issue with my two kids already and just starting process with third. Hope that helps.
