Ultrasound at 15+4? Questions!

Hello! I have my next appointment and ultrasound in a week at 15 weeks 4 days. I have some questions. Will we be able to know the gender ? What should we be expecting from this ultrasound?? Also, My baby's growth has been consistent all these weeks but his/her heartrate keeps coming down. It was 160 at 9 weeks, 144 at 11 weeks and now 138 at 13 weeks. Is it normal? Please advice! Thank you!!!

At 15 weeks you should be able to find out the sex. We were just told, via ultrasound, at 12 weeks. We will be confirming at 16 weeks.
As for the heart rate, that is normal as baby grows larger. Anything above 120 or 130 (can't remember which) is fine. It also changes depending on what baby is doing. If you drink some juice, it should get them active and raise the heartbeat a little. If your doctor was concerned, I think he would have mentioned something by now.

I had an elective ultrasound at 15w2d and they were able to confirm my baby's gender. It was very exciting seeing how much they've advanced from the very first ultrasound....Ur baby heart rate is normal do dnt worry as u advance in pregnancy it will slow down a bit the norm usually ranges around 120-160. Good luck with the ultrasound!
