Blood tests??

So I know there's different ones. Which one does Medicaid pay for? Does it tell the gender?  Just curious, I hate needles either way, but my SO wants me to do it.

There  is genetic screening available but it usually only recommended for high risk pregnancies. I'm considered high risk because of my age. I had genetic screening for over 270 chromosomal abnormalities. Finding out the gender is just a bonus but not the reason for the test. Medicaid did not pay for it
