Medication

I vowed not to take any meds while pregnant. Of course I take my prenatal vitamins. About a week and a half ago I started taking colace for constipation along with it. Over the weekend I developed a fever blister and my allergies flared up sometime awful so I added the prescription from the doctor for the fever blister and started taking Claritin for my allergies. All of these medications are approved but I feel terrible popping 4 pills at night. Is it ok to take all these together? Prenatal. Colace, Claritin and the cold sore meds. Does anyone know?
