Feeling ill

Ok girls I need some good advice on saturday while I was my father in laws with my husband & woke up early in the morning wanting to be sick so i got up & was sick only just made it to the bathroom & then I was fine & now tonight the same thing happened again & also my boobs have felt sore aswell & been feeling little fluttering in my stomache I dont know what is wrong with me also I am a diebetic aswell type 2. No negative coments please just want some really good advice.
