Those that are single preg moms you have a plan for child care?

I have no plans in place for a babysitter and I need to work . I just became single and I'm scared that I won't have bAby daddy to watch him/her as he promised . I also don't trust in house cheap government day are too many horror stories. I have no one no family. I'm really scared.Anyone else?

I don't know where you live, but in my state (Connecticut) there is a program for government assistance to pay for childcare. They will pay most or all of the cost, depending on your income. Most daycares accept it.

I'm a single mom of two and one in the way luckily my oldest is 14 and can't wait to watch her new brother.  Wishing you the best of luck

My sons father didn't help but his family did. Could that be an option? That was my life saver until he was old enough for the county preschool program at 3. They even helped potty train him there. It was great!

I'm sorry to hear that :-(. It is tough, but you can do it. Planning ahead is a good start. Maybe start looking for friends that are stay at home moms and looking for a side income or interviewing people to be a sitter?
