Brother in-law

Well since i moved in to my husbands home with all his family their and met all his family his brother just always looks at me and when i cach him he looks away or some times just keeps looking at me sometimes i feel uncomfortable i haven't told my husband bc he might get mad at me but i think he also notices it because he gives him mean looks jajaja what should i do i dont ever talk to him and im not thinking about talking to him any help? Or why hes doing that?
