Raspberry Ketones..

We was TTC for almost a year I had pretty much given up as it was putting strain on my relationship and stressing me out, so I decided to lose weight instead. Stopped trying for another baby and started taking Raspberry Ketones that I bought online 2 a day with 2 detox ones a day after 3/4 weeks of taking them I fell pregnant. Does anyone know if they affect fertility? (Haven't taken any since positive test) X
