Okay, try to read this with an open mind...
I have a one year old daughter, her birthday passed on March 6th. I have been on the depo shot since last April..turns out it wasn't working like it was suppose to. I am use to the Irregular periods because of the birth control so I never thought anything of it, until I became super bloated and just knew something wasn't right. out of curiosity I took a test and it came back postive!! I do not have insurance so I went to a free clinic where they do ultrasounds.. to my surprise I was 15 weeks on the scan! first thought I had was there is no way I can have another baby right now. The ladies there helped me calm down and make an appointment for the abortion..they said depending on how far I am when I come in it could be $440-480 dollars. It was scheduled for this Tuesday, I got up and went with my boyfriend..as soon as i got in there I felt sick to my stomach. I knew I couldn't go through with it. I just felt like I had to.. So we left the clinic and drove home..trying to convince myself that I'll be okay and everything happens for a reason. but now I'm stuck worrying about another stupid problem. I have been smoking weed every now and then (when my daughter naps or goes to bed) and I'm worried it is already in the baby's meconium.. I didn't stop smoking with my daughter until 25 weeks and thc showed up in hers at birth. I promised myself I wouldn't smoke if I were to get pregnant again. but now I am pregnant and have been smoking and drinking. I don't know how CPS will react if it happens twice in a row for my kids. does anyone really know when the meconium starts producing or how far back the tests go? I've already booked an OB appointment and will be asking the same questions.. I'm just worried and looking for answers everywhere....thanks in advance.
