What are appropriate boundaries?

Brittney
So my husband and I have a dilemma and I kind of wanted to get some outside opinions on it. First of all, we are recently married and in the first few months of our first pregnancy (so I am sick all the time) we have also just moved into our small rental home and are working on getting settled in. One of my husbands friends have also moved into town and now he's asking if he can do laundry here in our house. I don't know this guy and our laundry room is basically our bedroom. His parents have helped us out tons! So I don't want to say no, but I seriously don't want some random person in our bedroom doing laundry every week, especially while I'm so emotionally and physically drained from the pregnancy. My husband just wants to tell him I'm not comfortable with it, but I feel like that puts a lot of it on me when we both feel this way. I want to be a nice person, but I also want my freaking privacy! Any particular way we should handle this without looking like complete jerks?
