J&J bedtime??

Does Johnson and Johnson Bedtime really help babies sleep through the night? Im skeptical about it 😬😬

It's the lavender scent that makes the difference.  Lavender is super calming for bed time and I'm sure any lavender essential oil or another soap or lotion with it would do the same. My sister mixes lotion or coconut oil with lavender essential oil to rub on my nephew's back and feet at bedtime for this reason.

It helped my son fall asleep easier but I don't think it can help them sleep through the night .. They sleep through the night when they are ready

I can't tell that it actually makes a difference. But I love how it smells! I only use the lotion though.
