"Regular" Weight 😠

Abby

Earlier I read a response to a post where someone said that if we started out at a "regular" weight, we shouldn't be showing as early as 11 weeks.

Can we stop making these comments? All pregnancies are different. All women are different. All bodies are different! I began my pregnancy at 161 pounds and, since being pregnant, I have lost 10 pounds (I am 5'7). I'm not going to tell you that the bump you have isn't good enough or that you only have one because you're "larger."

I am not typically offended, but I'm really sick of seeing that kind of negativity. I think we are all here for support, not criticism. Hate my bump at 11&3 or love it, it's really no big deal. But here in the south, we have a pretty good saying about respecting others:

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
