Frustrated

I am at my point. I am so frustrated. Everytime I have sex with my boyfriend he cums in less than 2 minutes. I have 0% of a chance to climax or even get close to it. This is a constant issue and I am at my point. He touches me (sometimes) and he tries to do other things but for me personally I need penetration and clitoral stimulation to climax and he doesn't last long enough for me to even get there. I feel so used because he says he feels bad but he doesn't actually DO anything that will make up for it physically. I feel used because it's like once he gets his then pretty much too bad for me.  On top of that he takes forever to get up again and sometimes he can't! Before I would yell at him because I was so hurt and disappointed at what I truly feel is a disservice to me and what do for him physically. I cry so much because the frustration and resentment is getting higher and higher. I need any type of advice. Please.
