Yeast infection or something else?

A month ago I took Amoxicillin for strep throat and after the dosage was completed I had signs of a yeast infection. I used monistat to help me clear up anything wrong. Then I showed signs of a UTI, got a prescription for that and also a pill for a yeast infection. It's now been a month and I just finished all the medicine a couple days ago and I'm still in pain having sex and uriniating after sex. What could this be?
