Help me! Did I miscarry?? Little bit of tmi

Question

I am 10 dpo and AF is due in 5 days. I had really rough sex with my DH and he finished and then used a glass dildo. I was reeeeally rough with both him and it and after I finished there was quite a bit of bright red blood... Now an hour later I'm still spotting slightly, still bright red blood...
I know it can't be considered miscarry until I have a possitive pregnancy test... But I'm really nervous. 
Also it was a pretty "violent orgasm"... I saw the blood and I cried and shook for a long time after... I have a bit of cramping which isn't totally uncommon for me... But I'm so so scared I hurt my potential baby... I'll test in the morning (even though I shouldn't test just yet, I've got some first response early tests...) but I'm just really scared...

No. You said yourself it was violent sex. It's probably coming from your vagina not your uterus.

At that early it could've triggered your IB. I've heard of sex helping move the blood of implantation. Or you could be pregnant and pregnancy causes a sensitive uterus so maybe it could be bleeding from that...OR that rough sex could've caused your period early so truthfully it could be anything at this point and not necessarily an early miscarriage or chemical.
