If you found out your man cheated on you with a co-worker or just some girl what would you do?

Would you forgive him? Or just leave?
And say if you did forgive him and a few months later you notice him texting the same girl.. 
say if you had the girls number to confront her and tell her you two are together and to get lost but she still sticks around?
