Clean baby's mouth?

Do u clean your baby's mouth like brushing gum or cleaning tongue when they r 2-3 months? She licks anything she can reach and that concerns me. If u do cleaning, could u teach me how? Thanks!

We have a baby tooth brush we use with just water at bath time. He spits up a lot and will cling to his tongue.

My dentist gave me this little finger washcloth thing but it's too big for baby's mouth. He's been drooling so much lately that I normally just stick the burp cloth in his mouth to soak up all of the spit. I scrub his tongue while its in there too. It works much better.

I have been using a damp baby washcloth on my son since birth just to rinse milk off tongue and gums
