Biopsy while pregnant

this is my third pregnancy,I have never have a abnormal pap smear come back, until now. I tested positive for HPV 6, which is the strand that comes with cervical cancer.my OB wants me to have a biopsy at 16 wks. I don't know what to do. I am already high risk due to previous preeclampsia and premature delivery in my other pregnancys. There is a slight risk of miscarriage if I get the biopsy done. Do I wait or do I go ahead and get it done? Any other moms go through this?
