Hot showers okay?

I'm almost 22 weeks and I'm just curious bc I was told no hot tubs

Just be careful about how long you are in there. Hot showers and baths can dilate your blood vessels and cause you to faint (happened to me more than once)... And it doesn't always happen immediately. Like another poster said, just listen to your body and don't overdue it.

I take hot hot HOT showers and baths and haven't had a problem, but that's just me

My doctor says as long as it doesn't turn your skin red. No scalding hot showers. You can take your temperature before and during of you are worried.

Yes! I can't live with a warm or cold shower so I still take hot showers. Just make sure it's not way too hot nor steamy. You don't want to make yourself feel faint, nauseous, or crampy. If you feel like either of those 3 then the water is too hot.
