So My Boyfriend Wants To Finger Me

So me and my boyfriend and I have been together for like 2 years and we've always touched each through our pants and stuff but here recently he asked to actually touch me on my area. I get wet when he just touches me through my pants and I'm really self conscious about it and I'm really shy. Can anyone help me because I don't like talking to him about it and he knows I don't. But I feel bad because he tries really hard to not talk about it but it's something he really wants to do. But I don't know if I'm ready. We're both 14 and we've been off and on fire like 5 years but this time is lasted. Someone help me!!!!
