vaginal health

ive been having a strong fishy smell, not much irritation or itching and yellow discharge and ive been to the doctors where they took a swab test but it came back negative against stds, and infections and i'm not pregnant, and so i also took canestest which tests for bv, thrush and trichomoniasis and it came back negative which is dissapointing because i was really convinced it was bv but apparently not. i also dont use any baginal soaps and only wash with water and dont use any toys or anything unclean and im starting to worry its something really serious and i dont know what to do becayse it could be a false negative and get bv treatment because the symptoms matvh bv perfectly
