Annoying friend

I have this friend who's always shopping and buying new things. I find it annoying because she has so many nice things and I don't. The worse part is every time she buys something new she shows everything off to me, sends me pictures and videos of her in her new clothes. Even when I go round to her house she shows me. She doesn't understand how much it's getting to me and how annoying it is. I don't want to upset her but what can I do about this?
