Smoking cigarettes while pregnant

Before I found out I was pregnant I was a heavy smoker. And I am 5 months now and I have slowed down but still have a couple of cigarettes a day. Please no bashing I feel as bad as it is that this addiction has me like this!!! My question is how many mother's out there have smoked through there pregnancies and how was your baby? Did they have breathing problems or anything? I'm still trying to stop I just wanting to know some outcomes
