Braxton Hicks or early labour?

Hi all, it's my first pregnancy so some advice would be great. I am now currently 36 weeks 6 days. For the past 3 days pretty much all day I've been getting stomach pain, period type cramps, back ache and stomach tightening, lots of pressure down below and in my bum and vaginal pain. The pain hurts but not too bad and not getting stronger so I'm really unsure. I've only had Braxton Hicks a couple of times through my pregnancy too so I don't know. Any help would be really appreciated xx
