Thyroid issues during late pregnancy.
I recently had some labs done to check my thyroid. TSH and T4 which came back in the normal range. Also had the thyroglobulin done which came back normal and the thyroid peroxidase antibody which came back high at 49. I am currently taking Levothyroxine 100 mcg since I have hypothyroidism which I have for about 5 yrs now.
I was referred to a endocrinologist but they can't see me until July which seems crazy because I'm due in June.
I know y'all aren't doctors but I'm just curious if you've had hypothyroidism during your pregnancy and had a perfectly healthy baby. This is all I bit stressful since my thyroid peroxidase antibody is high and can't get in with a specialist to evaluate it until after I have my baby girl. Thanks in advance.
