Help!

Okay so I've had itching down there for a few days but I thought it was just razor burn or somethig. I decided that I needed to do soemtbing about it today because the itching had lasted unusually long. I have a red and kinda puffy patch like along the line where my underwear goes and then it reaches towards my vagina. I searched on those bad Google med websites but I can't figure out what it is. I'm not sexually active. SOS!!
