Heart broken
After being told last night at A&E I was still pregnant. I found out today I'm having a miscarriage, it's slow and painful but it's happening. I can't quite get my head around it I have a wonderful partner and my family are wonderful. But it hurts so much! I'm up and down with emotions. Why does it hurt so much?! :(
