Shaking while eating????

Hey, my son's almost 5 months and yesterday and today I noticed while he was eating his bottle when he starts to fall asleep he starts shaking, like his arms and head... I don't know if I should take him to the doctors... It only last a few seconds then he stops... He seems fine afterwards too because he falls asleep, I have Epilepsy and I'm praying that's not a sign of him having it.... Has anyone experienced this with their baby???
