Belly buttons

I am only 14 weeks and noticed today my innie belly button is starting to poke out already, on the left side... This is my second pregnancy but it was waaaaayyy later in my first pregnancy like 26 weeks or so and it wasn't actually that far out.

Thoughts?

Am I just thinking about this too much?
