Mirena and pregnancy

I'm 2 1/2 months postpartum. I had a mirena inserted 2 weeks ago. We waited the recommended one week before having sex but then we did it twice the following week. I just had an ultrasound done and had to get the mirena removed because it was lodged in my cervix, probably since right after the first day (I remember feeling like I was pushing it out, I had awful cramps and terrible bleeding).  Do you think I could end up pregnant?
