I just got my first prenatals yesterday. I got the 1 a day kind. The soft gel caps make swallowing it easier. It's also good to get extra folic acid.

Spring valley prenatal gummies are what I take, they're the only ones that don't make me sick (I'm 30 weeks and tried different kinds before this one).

I had to buy the gummie prenatals because I was having a hard time swallowing pills. Now I'm doing better and will go back to my other ones

Theralogix brand. I order them off line, my doctor recommended them. $120 for a 13 week supply though. Thank god for my FSA account.
